Reiki

Reiki is a natural hands-on system of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes energetic healing. Studies of Reiki show significant reduction of pain, improvement in immune and nervous system function and increased satisfaction with pre- and post-surgical Reiki sessions. It is an alternative therapy that can be used in conjunction with western medicine.

Sound Healing is the oldest form of healing. To understand the use of sound for healing it is helpful to realize that all things vibrate: the cells of the body, atoms and all living matter. Dis-ease can indicate that we have gone ‘out of tune’. Tuning forks are applied to traditional acupuncture points (or areas of the body) to stimulate the body’s healing process.

Reflexology is a protocol of manual techniques, such as thumb and finger-walking, hook and backup and rotating-on-a-point, applied to specific reflex areas predominantly on the feet and hands. The effectiveness of reflexology is recognized worldwide by various national health institutions and the public at large as a distinct complementary practice within the holistic health field. Clients are fully clothed except the removal of shoes and socks.
